SUCCESS. Inspired by you guys, I took the key fob apart. After removing the manual key and the battery, I used the small blade of my Swiss Army knife to split the key fob in two. At that point, the stuck button came unstuck! Now gluing the key fob back together with Krazy Glue.

You can always get used FOB on ebay or just a shell FOB and swap out the electronics.

Easy fix without an exacto knife or warranty:

    1. Get a needle or safety pin
    2. Pierce the rubber to the right of the unlock symbol at the edge of the depression and slide the needle in towards the middle.
    3. Pull up
    4. Repeat on the opposite side of the unlock symbol

It just worked for me and the tiny pin hole leaves less exposed than removing the entire rubber enclosure. Took 30 seconds and no exacto wounds. Woo hoo!
