IT WORKS, pretty awesome. I paid south of 400$ for the install but the installer (who is a pretty nice guy) said he would have charged $400 if he knew there were no wire schematics available to him. It works flawlessly and is really cool, looks completely stock.

There are 2 ways you can have it done, 1 by keeping the key ignition intact and breaking off the valet key or a copy without a chip in the ignition or by taking the whole key ignition cylinder out (that is what I chose although I think I would have liked to keep it in in case of a problem). I will take some pics and video tomorrow. Hope this helps some people. Wasn't as cheap as I initially thought but I am happy I did it.

Here is a quick video I shot. Sorry about not being all that technical with the terminology.

Great Great. The only cons is the key hole cover. But else like it.

What about autolock how it work really?

yeah keyhole cover could look nicer but it is what it is, not really that huge a deal. The autolock( and unlock) works perfectly, no wait at all when you arrive at the drivers side. If you need all 4 doors to unlock you have to press the button or set it up when it is installed so that all 4 unlock when you approach.

So it's programable for all doors also, now get some $$$ to ordering. What about wiring? It was easy? Plug n play?

I'm not 100% sure on the 4 doors part, you would have to call tech support, their number is not on the site but my installer got it through the install guide that comes with the setup. I will post it later when I get the box out of my car. As for easy, as previously mentioned, the experienced installer I used said it would have been a lot easier with the wiring schematics. This is the first Prius C installed with an aftermarket pushbutton/smartentry that he knew of and in all my research so perhaps if it gets more common it will become easier to get info/get it for cheaper.

Thanks. I am not a fan of pulling out that ignition though. I have not seen a 3 or 4 with this option so don't know what the steering column looks like on those.
The thing looks like it works as designed, pretty slick. Sounds like a 800 dollar accessory with install.
I appreciate your time with the video.

it look like a good mod, but for $800 I rather go for the pc3, for addition $900's it got Nav (I agree the smartphone Nav may be better) & other goodies but most importantly, it not void any warranty, but if you can install it you self to save that cost that's another story.

to the OP. i see you are in NY, where did you get it installed from? im in queens.

but i love the keyless entry and start. makes life so much easier now! but i always hated the fact of losing the security of the steering lock

This is something I haven't checked. Do the C 3/4 not get the security lock?

Just to let you know guys I receive an email from Welcome to Advanced Keys concerning if the OEM start button is compatible with their system and YES is compatible.

So anyone have the electrical wiring to the ignition and all stuff required to this to work?

Yes we definately need some more guinea pigs for this mod! At least we know it SHOULD work and have video proof of it, but it would be nice to have someone create a step-by-step guide for DiYers.

Also, I'm confused, the OP said there's two ways of going about installing this: leaving a copied physical key (just the metal stock of the key, w/o the chip) in the key ignitiion and leaving the key ignition installed, or removing the key ignition altogether. It seems the first option would be the MUCH more preferred solution, so i'm confused why the OP decided to go with opt #2 and tear the whole stock out? Then also, does doing this then remove the security lock feature because a.) in the case of opt #1 the physical key would be permanently left in the ignition stock; or b.) there is no ignition stock for the security lock.

    Thanks
