For the human body: what is the largest organ and how much does it weigh (on average)?

 

Skin, about 25 pounds?

 

It's definitely skin. But I'll guess 10 pounds.

 

The global average, or a specific country?

 

Mine is probably a little high, after thinking about it. I know that when you skin a deer, there is quite a bit left, but they are also furry. Is this person furry as well? I would guess not.

I had heard on average 6 lbs. Of course with U.S. obesity on the rise, that may have gone up.

Umm... it's the brightest object in the sky other than the sun and moon? (Third brightest... I guess that's unique )
