For the human body: what is the largest organ and how much does it weigh (on average)?

It's definitely skin. But I'll guess 10 pounds.

Mine is probably a little high, after thinking about it. I know that when you skin a deer, there is quite a bit left, but they are also furry. Is this person furry as well? I would guess not.

    Yes, skin.

I had heard on average 6 lbs. Of course with U.S. obesity on the rise, that may have gone up.

    Uh, I guess I'm up.

    Here's an easy one:

What's the name of Jon Voight's brother and Angelina Jolie's uncle who is a singer songwriter, and what are the names of the two classic rock/pop songs he wrote?

    I laughed. You didn't hear.

Hyo and PatSparks are so funny so often that my hands would cramp if I posted a LOL each time.

I cheated. I just had to know the answer.

    Wes Voight aka Chip Taylor.

Songs: Wild Thing, Angel of the Morning.

I was just listening to Wild Thing this morning when I was watching Major League.

I pass because I cheated. (Used IMDB)

    Licorice? On pizza? Ewww...:p

No, you mean LP, don't you? As in 'Long Playing' black vinyl discs with a spiral groove on each side...which would make the 'flavours' 33, 45, and 78.

Yes. Bingo. The best I could do was to make it a sort of riddle. Biased toward the "experienced".

What's unique about Venus, besides being where women are from?

Umm... it's the brightest object in the sky other than the sun and moon? (Third brightest... I guess that's unique ;))
It's the second closest planet to the sun? (that's definitely a unique distinction)
It's the only planet named after a female?
