All sounds pretty endemic. Supermarkets designed their car parking areas as potential accident black spots for reasons unknown.

Supermarket car park do's and dont's:
    1. Park at the highest point if the car park is on a slope, prevents runaway trolleys hitting your car. But does require you to hold on to yours as you're unloading to prevent it running away.
    2. Park further away from the shop, careless people who slam their door into yours are usually lazy as well.
    3. Park at the end of a row, 50% less chance of door dings (one side), it also gives you the option of parking a bit further away from the car next to you if there's room.
    4. Don't park next to old beat up cars.
    5. Don't park next to cars with child seats.
    6. Don't park next to big cars or trucks.
    7. Try to park next to new cars if you have to park next to anyone, they may have more respect for their property and not want to chip the paint on their door edge.
    8. Don't park next to cars with those plastic door edge guards on, they are usually clumsy people who open their doors wide.
I could go on but most everything else is common sense.

Shoppers with no concern for anything other than their own business!

The word 'else' is completely unnecessary in your sentence IMO! :ROFLMAO:

Wish this cart would hunt and hit people who didn't put it in the cart corral. Would love to see a flock of carts swooping down on lazy people and damaging their cars to"The Flight of the Valkyries".

I actually have two - both used. One in great shape and one in no so much. Yes, they are still cheap...
