Runny nose, still went to church work day thinking just spring pollen. But one day is not like another. Got home and discovered a low grade fever. Home COVID came back negative. Isolating self for a few days taking the typical OTC nostrums. This morning a little cough. No need to spread it around and I carry face masks in the car if I need to go out. Bob Wilson
Sounds like what I had, the progression I mean. Never found out what it was at a clinic, but all symptoms aped those for human meta-pneumo virus (HMPV). Nose runs like a hose, then into the lungs making a hacking cough that keeps you from sleeping (in me, hung around literally months) and at worst into my gut, ruining energy and appetite. Low fever if any... so not a flu strain. Cough was last symptom to leave. Acquired in Jan, finally lost the cough only a few weeks ago -- and have been hammering it with glycine and NAC nearly the whole duration -- which in me kills most viral infections within 2 days. It's a sonova beeyotch -- get well soon)
