Water pump #2: One was recalled, and now the gas engine one is leaking!

    Check the coolant level in the recovery bottle. Drive the car for at least 20 minutes on the highway with the heater on economy, max heat and re-check the level in the bottle. This can eliminate the last few air bubbles.

    THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME TODAY! Thanks for posting this, the guys here were trying to charge me $100+ for the pump. You save money on labor if they replace the belt at the same time...assuming you need to replace your belt...
