Water-Repellent Glass Explained

    i love how people/companies categorize... pretty much it is those who can afford and those who cant.
    Why wouldnt they put this on every car? Its for safety and would be for the good for everyone.. not just those who can afford... just sayin...

    They said it wasn't seen as a value-added feature which is why they took it out for the 2012 MY. It's possible that when they were reshuffling, they sent a survey out or just gauged the forums to see if there's any talk on water-repellent glass. They removed IPA/APGS for the same reason - people complained it was nothing more than a gimmick, so they replaced it with something more useful - HUD.

    Living on the we(s)t coast, I do appreciate the water-repellent glass as it makes it easier to look out at night when it's raining and the roads absorb all light.
