    Hi Mark57, pilotgrrl, and others. I was able to get hold of Nikki at Toyota in Oklahoma. She noted my comments, took my phone number, indicating that if they get several complaints of Entune problems, they'll get to them sooner. Don't forget kids, it's the holidays, and these folks are gettin' ready to say, "Vaya con Dios" for the holidays!!

    I'm just making a SWAG since there is the possibility of 2 different phone OS having sync issues. If it only happened with Android phones or iPhones, that's one thing. If it happens with both, that's different.

    This is a problem that could affect more people, not just those here...

    My eco dashboard seems OK but I am not getting email notice when charging is complete. Last email was Dec. 18th for that kind of notice. (I can live without the notice but if one of my sheep is taken then there will be hell to pay.)

    mine's still stuck at December 18th:unsure: Charge management though does give me current data, no charge start or completion notices on my email though

    Yup, same issue. If you drove today, you see the date on the ECO Dashboard and stats don't update.

    you guys still on hold?
    Is this also a problem for the app remote features like The Cat had this time last year?
    Was planning a 2+ hour trip to Youngers in MD to show some friends their herd of Primes but if we can't demo the Remote Climate app reliably...
    I know the office is beyond FOB range and we don't have work chargers but they live less than a mile away.

    klaatu barda nikto google translates to entune toyota nikki and types OK for me.
