So I’ll say it again; Eco Status Gold is unattainable. Prove me wrong!

See my post #740 in this thread to see that our top 1 percentile streak in both Eco and MPG is 7 months in a row. So if Siver Eco Status is triggered by 2 months of good efficient driving (4 out of 5 Eco Status Trophies) then Gold Eco Status should be triggered by 7 consecutive months in the top percentile in both Eco Score and MPG.

Maybe I’m going about it wrong. If it is not unattainable what do you think will trigger Eco Status Gold?
    1 year of something?
(The) top score in both Eco and MPG? So 999.9 MPG and the top Eco Score at the end if a month.

Surprisingly enough this did not do it.

Well I may join you (sadly) in your desertic environment due to my being unable to drive my Eco Beast, under doctor's orders. BUT, (notice the large BUT!) I am home and recovering nicely thanks to my surgeon and all the wonderful staff at St. Joseph's hospital. I will need to have "surgery" on my poor Prime, but expect a similar positive outcome for her rear-end repairs. Honey, I'm home!! And soon to be challenging you lucky Primers again for #1 Eco.

Ah... glad to hear you are OK. It is disconcerting when LePrimeSnail drops to fifth place and its miles hover at 559.25.

Be consoled by the fact that the Bearmobile has yet to earn a rainbow this month although having run only in EV and made it into the top half of the ECO list. Alas, the Bearmobile sat in its cozy garage on two separate days earlier this month because the Bear was not motivated (and did not need) to go anywhere. Usually the rainbow appears on the 12th day of the month and I don't know if my two days of February ursine hibernation are the cause of its absence.

The rainbow magically appeared this afternoon (2/19) for reasons that I cannot determine. Not doing anything but drive my usual pattern of several short daily trips in EV. Still, it's a reassuring sign to have it there.

My buddy Dave, who's helping me during my recovery and is just as obsessively twisted as I am about cars, is, I hope, going to help me make a "Run for the Top" of the Eco Miles; look out turkeys, here comes Le PrimeSnail!!

Loading or re-loading entune Eco Dashboard 10 times gets you the sun, and 10 more (re)loads gets you the rainbow. You can do it really quickly with the reload button upper right on Eco Dashboard screen. No need to wait until mid-month for you sun and rainbow.

That makes sense... I was aware that you get credit for checking the ECO Dashboard.

The Entune ECO Dashboard app says: "Congratulations! You are interested in understanding your ECO perfomance. By continuing to view ECO Dashboard, you have earned the "Mobile Wizard" trophy."

I may have been less obsessive this month because it's hibernating season.

As of this moment, I have been 100% EV and hence am among the 1st place Primes with "Fuel Consumption" of 999.9 mpg. If I scroll down the list, LePrimeSnail comes in 6th on the list with 579.38 miles driven and I come in 19th on the list with 371.55 miles driven.

My "ECO Ranking" is 38th with an ECO driving score of 96. (That's pretty typical for me given that most of my driving is in urban traffic.)

Earlier today, I had to take Mrs Bear to the airport. It took me 25.3 miles and 1 hour and 35 minutes round trip. About half of the trip was in stop-and-start traffic. Even with regenerative braking, the constant speed-up-and-slow-to-a-stop takes its toll on fuel efficiency and range. Having three adults and a couple of large suitcases for half of the trip undoubtedly also added to energy use. When I pulled into my garage, the Prime indicated only 2% battery remaining. Outside temperature was in the mid- to high-30s.

This winter is never going to end. Ice, slush, snow, 50 MPH winds last night. We have had over 50 inches of snow this season. If we get a snow in March we will have had snow for 6 months in a row. My numbers have all crashed. Give me a robin, give me geese flying north, give me 40 degrees or higher for at least 24 hours.

We had winds up to 60 mph yesterday so we took some of the brunt for you.:p At least it was full sun. My high 80's ECO numbers this month reflect my heater usage. It spanks you a bit even keeping it @ 66° - 68°. I can't avoid using it due to excessive fogging from all the foggy weather we've had. Got to see where I'm going.:D

This is the first month I've ever been in the top 4 for MPG/Miles. Not sure that's a good thing . . . although I'm two months in a row at 100% EV.

Somebody help me!!!!! We'll be back in March, so hang on to your shorts!! Le PrimeSnail will win back the family honor, mes amis!!

    I hope they get it fixed . . . patched . . . plugged. . . . er, I mean repaired soon.

My ECO score is hung at 88% but I'm in second place on MPG/Miles. I'm 11.46 miles behind the leader at the moment.
