Weird Driver Side Door won't open after unlocking...

    The driver door won't open from the outside when unlocking. It will open from the inside. When I press the fob, the door unlocks, but the outside handle won't open it. I replaced the actuator and the the key cylinder. It is strange. All the doors will lock and unlock. The driver hander WILL open the door once it has been opened from the inside. It will continue to work until you lock it, then you have to open it from the inside.
    Ideas?

    Ends up the problem was that the replacement actuator was faulty. What are the chances of that? I replaced one with an issue with another one with the same issue. Third one installed...all is well.
