My 2011 is getting close to 75K miles and I'm thinking about changing out the coolants. So far I've got transmission fluid, engine, and inverter coolants on my list. Is there anything else that I need to change? If not at 75K, at 100K?

Brake fluid? You could check the reservoir for cloudy or darker fluid. It should be clear and light in color.

HOAT. If you have too much water you will get a startup knock. No joke

Toyota intended many of them to go for 120,000 miles.
I would hold off the coolants until then, unless there is a reason.
Brake fluid can be tested, I would test it before even reading up on the tricky ways to change it. (There is no simple way)

I would consider draining and refilling the ATF WS in the transaxle every 90,000 miles

Coolant last to 120k miles, 75k is way too early. I would do the transmission fluids and check the brake fluids.

+1 on the ATF! I did mine today at 120K for the second time. First time was at 50K. Owned the car since 40K.
