Front plate mounted with a JDM adjustable bracket. Angled it a bit.

I used 3M mounting tape for now. So far it's been holding up. I liked having no plate, but I'm paranoid. Besides, I love the new plate.

Some newness arrived the past 24hrs..

Installed these wide angle, blue-tint side mirrors from a fellow member. Taking some getting used to, but I really love them! I used to have to jerk my head left or right pre-signal/lane-changing to really see nearby cars in potential blindspots. Now, these wide angle mirrors show EVERYTHING as far as 2 lanes over (see pic in traffic below)!!

Another bonus is when parallel parking. I used to have to adjust my passenger side mirror downward to see where the wheel was in relation to the curb (a feature my M5 does on it's own and one that I miss when in the Prius), but now with the wide angle mirror - I don't have to touch it as I can see exactly where I am to avoid curb rash. B(y)NUS!

After falling in love with the Lexon exclusive lip, and quickly falling out of love with the price - I decided that for $99 and free shipping this 2010-2011 10 11 Toyota Prius Poly Urethane PU Front Bumper Lip Spoiler Bodykit was a great alternative. If I damage it or fall out of love with it and decide to splurge, I won't feel bad about a $100 test fit.

The quality is what you'd expect for $99, but it will accomplish the task and looks similar to the Lexon lip as others have noted here on the forum. Once professionally painted and mounted up, it'll blend nicely with the other exterior mods to come.

Did a test fit to gauge the lip and I gotta say, it really conforms to the 2010-11 Prius bumper perfectly all around. Afterwards I dropped it off for a color-match to the winter grey.

Oh, and my most expensive mod to date - Plasti-Dip on the front emblem. Tough job, and SUPER unique. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I wish someone would make that lip for 2012-2015 models.

I check mitaaccessories every now and then to see if they started making one and the results are always depressing. Haha... I remember there's a thread on here where someone forced this lip to fit on their 2012+ but I didn't really like the fitment.

Ordered some suspension parts from Cusco: 16mm Rear Sway Bar & Type-OS Strut Bar.

And UPS just dropped off some new rubber for the rears.

I wish I knew anything about wheel sizes.
I'm looking to get new wheels and tires come spring.
I'll need to do all kinds of research on offset and tire sizes.
    It's a whole thing apparently.

Decided to add the Remin interior to the steering wheel. The silver stood out too much on its own after the Remin install, and now I think it looks much better with the wheel pieces. If this didn't work to my liking, I was gonna have the pieces color-matched winter grey like Burna J did. That said, I'm gonna have that done to my interior door handles soon for the same reason.

Also added these cosmetic rings from Carmate: CARMATE 09- 15 TOYOTA AQUA PRIUS STEERING SWITCH COSMETIC RING PHV ZVW30. It went right over the Remin piece and now has this concave 3-D feel to the controls. It really 'pops' and contrasts well alongside the Toyota emblem in the center. This wheel looks and feels like a it could pilot a spaceship or video game. I'm kinda diggin' it!!:ROFLMAO::LOL:

Finally, I decided to drop the 'blue' light on the interior door for puddle lighting and go to a bright white to match up with the white LEDs on the signal mirror for puddle lighting when opened. The blue bulb I had in there wasn't illuminating anything and was more cosmetic vs functional. Now it matches the LEDs on the mirror, actually functions, and provides a nice contrast to the blue Prius door sills: Toyota Prius ZVW30 10 Up LED Light Door Sill Plate Stainless Steel Scuff Blue | eBay .

Nice! I had issues with the steering wheel piece not staying on. Hope your luck is better than mine. Looks great!
