It's been modded to fit a 2012 by someone on here before but it's really only for up to 2011 as the front end changed slightly in 2012

If you want to sound proof, look into using 1lb per sq ft mass loaded vinyl backed with closed cell foam.

Check out the FAQs at Making Vehicles Quieter | Sound Deadener Showdown to learn more about effective vehicle sound proofing.

Also take a couple minutes to watch this video that shows how effective a combination with MLV is at really blocking sound Educational Video: The Barrier and The Bell | A "How to" Soundproofing
    Demonstration using common construction materials.

That FatMat (Dynamat, peelnseal etc.) stuff is good for deadening vibration and resonance of sheet metal panels but it is not an effective sound blocker. Also, you only need very little of that stuff to kill the resonance, I think I used maybe 1 to 1.5 sq ft of dynamat in each of my doors to kill the resonance and then I fitted a MLV/CF barrier between the door sheet metal and door panels. I also put a layer of MLV/CF on most of the floor and in the area behind the rear seat, the rear wheel wells and the area that I could reach under the PIP's LiOn battery. My car is quieter than before but noise still finds its way in. Where I really noticed the improvement was with how the soundproofed doors blocked tire noise from trucks or 4x4s driving next to me on the freeway. Subjectively, it's as quiet as my 2012 MBZ but it was a huge PITA to do it myself. My pics and experience with sound proofing the PIP are somewhere in this thread (about a year ago).

If you decide you're up for tackling it yourself, these guys in Vista are where you can get good quality MLV at a reasonable price Best Soundproofing Materials, Noise Control Materials and Solutions by soundproofing.org if you go there, tell em John with the white Prius sent you. It's good to have a local source for MLV because the stuff is so heavy the shipping cost will kill you if you try to do mail order.

There's one that a couple run on their 12+ prius' but mine won't fit on a 12+ without modification. You guys got a facelift in 2012

Discovered, (again) wheel bearings on the front have failed for the fourth time, this set made it 2 weeks, must be the garbage that the repair shop orders, so I just get another set of freebies. Get what you pay for.. should have borrowed money to have Toyota do it the first time.

The pre-facelift lip that I have won't fit without some modifications. But the one that's direct fit on your car is by Lexon Exclusive. There's a couple photos in that thread that @HelloHybrid linked you to

I think that one is the Lexan Exclusive lip. Pretty much direct fit on 12+

The bottom always hit when I go up my driveway. Since it is under the car. No one going to see it. Doesn't hit when I go over bumps or dip while driving. It's all good.

I haven't scraped mine yet. But even if it, it was pretty cheap so it won't be the end of the world. I do scrape my undercarriage getting in and out of my garage without blocks though.
