Hey bud, yeah. San Jose. There's several of us here in the SF Bay Area that have met up. You're in Sacramento right? Come down sometime and we can get one planned!

Genuire replacement wheel bearings have an improved sealing and you'll never need to replace those again.

Woaa, love your tail lights! Much better looking than mine! Need to try and get similar ones one day...

The doors aren't easy, but you only need to do them one at a time. I suggest you do the backs first, because you'll get better as you go and the fronts are where you'll want it done best.

I did it along with speaker install. If you follow Spider-Man's directions and you get a GOOD pop rivet gun, and you re-use the speaker adapters that come with the car, it works well.

As for the sound-proofing: The doors are hollow. Once you rip out the clear plastic moisture shield and you unbolt a styrofoam piece, you can access the outer door skin, through a large hole. Removing the speaker is a big help and I think it's necessary. It's a big pain to get the material cut to size, then you fold it and jam it inside the door, then you unfold it and remove the adhesive backing. (I hope this makes sense).

There is a stiffening arm inside the door. I put the Dynamat material behind the stiffening arm. This was pretty hard. I think it's better to cut the material so that you put one piece above the stiffening arm and another piece below it. With that out of the way, remember to put the styrofoam piece back in, then you then cover the outer part of the door., which is WAY easier. There are some YouTube videos which show this install, and the front and rear doors are virtually the same.

I agree. I did this for my second car and snapped some photos. Please check if it helps.

Nice!!! Well, at least with Prius, the battery's in the back, so you don't have to run a fat power cable through the firewall to the amplifier. But your photos of the doors are about the same as Prius.

I really want to have this on my vehicle, but I'm not a grease monkey or I don't have the expertise to do it. Did you do this by yourself? Is there anybody in SoCal that can do this for me, I'm willing to pay but not that much or perhaps help me out.
