    Haha yes, you should come visit tampa! Have some of those mirrors sitting in a box for 5 months now and no one to install it for me. =)

    i got the same bulbs they get super hot and the bulb melts off and ends up stuck and rolling in your headlight

    :) Sorry but no. I was working around the house last week, Wednesday evening and thought I could install it fairly quickly. I was able to only install it temporaily. I finished it up Friday evening. Not hard, but take your time removing the bottom two interior panels on the hatchback. Factory wiring for the third brake light is very thin and I ended up soldering the connections instead of using the supplied connectors. Save yourself the trouble of removing the third brake light to access the wiring there. It will not pull out more than an inch.

    I have 10LED in mine which are very similar to these. I haven't noticed any melting... Hmmm.

    I finally broke down and bought bumper plugs for my front license plate removal. I've been driving around with black holes in my bumper for 5,000+ miles.

    Quick update :) Tinted my 3rd brake light with red tint from Rvinyl to match my valenti lights (Red Smoke Tint Film). Here is before and after pics...

    You probably know that no front license plate is illegal in California. For the most part law enforcement doesn't have time to deal with the matter. However, on a slow summer day in South Lake Tahoe my son was stopped for that minor infraction.
