What gen Prius does this Rear Trunk Cargo Cover fit?

    I came into this Rear Trunk Cargo Cover and want to sell it on ebay but don't know what generation is fits. I have measured the distance between the center points of the attachment point. The distance is 37 1/2".

    The white clips on the very ends say it's a Gen 3 I just bought one of these from a lady in a garage sale in mint condition gray color for $10 and prior to that I got one for my '09 for absolutely free and beautiful condition
