What is Techstream?

    I've had no success trying to install a windows 10 version of Techstream that i got from Ebay. It came with a disc, dongle and disc player. Now I'm ready to get a 32bit windows 7 mini-laptop and give that a go. It sounds like you don't need to do anything to get it working correctly besides just installing it. Would anyone know where I can get a windows 7 32 bit version of Techstream? I only seem to be able to find newer versions. I'm assuming they will not work with an old machine. Thanks
