What is this thing on my 2017 Prius prime?

    I just realised I have this thing on the front of my 2017 Prius Prime Premium. Does anybody know what this is? It looks like an integrated dashcam but I am pretty sure this car doesn't have one. I'm googling a bit and I'm not getting much.

    I got this car second-hand from a Nissan dealership, so I wouldn't be surprised if the previous owner installed something and the dealer wasn't aware of it. And If it's some sort of dashcam then maybe it'll save me from buying one.
