    OK - YES, I HAVE a low mileage Prius--Gen 2, 2008, owned since 9/2007 ; 26,000 miles to date---
What service should I definitely have completed?

Yes, I have done regular oil changes, rotated tires, changed air filter

I live in Tampa Bay Area, mostly do short trips

I would consider having a drain and fill of the ATF WS in the transaxle at 30,000 miles then at 90,000 miles and every 90,000 miles. (this is easy DIY, or any mechanic)
If you are having it serviced at a Toyota dealership, I would consider having the brake fluid bled. It will require software both you or an independent mechanic are unlikely to have.

Other than that I would follow the months or miles of the Toyota maintenance manual. (30,000 miles is on page 11 of the PDF, page 9 of the manual)

I found a pdf of the 2014 Canadian Warranty and Maintenance booklet. It covers all the models, not just Prius. Older booklets don't mention brake fluid, but this new one says to replace brake fluid every 48000 km or 36 months, whichever comes first. This seems to be a policy shift by Toyota.

If and when you get this done, be sure to impress upon the Service Writer that you want the car test driven afterwards: it is too easy to screw up, leave an unsafe condition if not done properly.
