Mine holds my security gate card for my apartment complex and my toll tag while waiting for new velcro strips to arrive (I hold it up to the windshield while going through the toll plazas) :)

A small keg would pop in there nicely, just replace the Shift knob with a tapper!!!

I keep my wallet and phone down there...though lately I've been streaming Pandora through my phone into the aux in, so my phone lives in the cup holder. I am one of many disappointed by the storage in the car. Still not sure what to do with all my quarters (meters are part of life in the city).

Is there room for the Heineken (Krups) BeerTender so we could keep it chilled? (For passenger use only of course.)

I bought a white plastic 5 x 2 inch tray, in the kitchen section of Target. It fits the width of the storage area, so it doesn't slide around. I keep my spare change there... it was 1.99.

I'd give anything for a drawer for my spare change.

So far I don't keep anything down there, unless I have a passenger in the car. Then I shove my purse in there.

haha the same as my girlfriend.. i have the prius touring and when shes with me she hides it in the top glove box....then when im with her in her 2010 she puts it down there...

she put velcro at the top and bottom of it on the inside of the cubie on bothe sides and put the black fabric there so things could be hidden in it...

There is a 3"X5" tray in the center console. It is a real pain in the butt to get to. Plus good luck if you need to get to anything under it.

Mine's out - found it to be useless and an irritant when searching for stuff in the console. It would always slam down.

It got mad at me when I swore at it so much and asked to be removed. Now it's out on my workbench. BTW, it pulls out quite easily - push in on the side of the inner console and it will release when pulled.

I keep a pack of gum in that little tray. The only things I keep below that tray are items I don't need to get at very often.

I keep my purse and garage door opener in the space under the gear shifter.
