Chap, that is good information to know! Totally sounds like it is running. I went ahead and checked the fuel pump and it appears to have plenty of pressure.

    Still....P3190.

What else may be causing it to not start?

So.....continued investigation shows the fuel injectors are not spraying when ICE is turning over.

Is techstream what you've been using to read for codes? Is P3190 really the only code shown anywhere after running a health check?

Do the injectors click and squirt if you tickle them with a 9 volt battery? (9 volts is safer than 12 for this, because they are built only for super short pulses at 12 volts.)

I'm using a code reader I got on Amazon.

I watched the injectors as the car tried to start and 3 of them didn't inject.....I couldn't see the 4th.

I will check spark next I suppose.

If they didn't inject, it seems like you'd be getting colder to turn away from them and check spark next.

Do they click and inject when tickled with a common 9 volt battery? How long did they sit while you were working on other things?

I would suggest plugging in Techstream and running a full health check. It may give you some more information the Amazon tool has not given you.
