I was hoping to start a thread here dedicated to people posting pictures as well as the specs for their specific lowering and rim/tire combinations.

    Please include information regarding

-Tire specs ie. 195/55/r15 and make/model
    -Rim make/model
    -Offset of wheels
    -Rim height and width.
    -Center Bore

If using wheel spacers please include information about those. including thickness front and back.

and for lowering please specify make model and type ei. coilover, lowering springs, no springs. and how much you have lowered the car. If possible please provide Caster, Camber, Toe settings, if modified. and if you feel like it talk about any chassis reinforcement or sway bar modifications you have done.

Most of all don't forget the Pictures, people can't decide without the pictures.

    NOTE: purely simulated in photoshop

standard rims and tyres for au, 195/60
I guess the drop is around 1.5"
and the spacer as much as it needs :)
something like 20mm rear and 15mm front

not trying to disappoint, but I think it helps to visualise, I kinda like it...

ANYONE know what the OD is for wheel spacer rings needed for OEM 16" Touring wheels. I know the ID is 54.1 but the outer is DEFINITELY not 73.1 - because i tried them. No luck. :(

    Is it 56.1 mm?

hey, even though my personal preferences arent with black wheels (or covers) looks real good
Thats a lot of spacer in the rear there, no rubbing?
How much lower is the car? Must be what 2-3" or something ...

Thx! Eventually aftermarket wheels - but everything is so heavy without selling your first born child in exchange for some clean lightweight wheels.

The Spacers are a great way to improve the stance of the car. Filled the front fender and have had no rubbing or bottoming out at the current setting. The rear does rub once in a while at high speeds on the crappy 52 highway in SD. Road was built over a landfill and never packed down correctly - prob over a mile of really bad road - causes problems all the time from unsuspecting drivers. I think I have found where it does rub in the back and will fix that...then I'll be free and clear with no rubbing. I had 20mm on there before with no rubbing whatsoever but it didn't feel the wheel well enough - so out they went.

I have no idea the actual lowered amount...but I'm not at the bottom of the sleeves yet. Could go lower if needed.

thanks for the reply, very interesting...
I wonder what the downsides are, additional load on bearings would be one

can you explain this tome "GrondControl's coil-over sleeve with oem KYB struts"
I dont quite understand what parts are bought and what was stock ..

    TIA
