Where Is Windshield Scuttle Drain?

Just finished installing EGR/TB/IM. Tried to check front wipers. Worked fine except that all the windshield washer fluid eventually dripped right behind the front wheel on the passenger side. Is this normal?

I tried to locate the windshield scuttle drain. Opened the hood and saw a wet line at the very back of the firewall behind the engine on the passenger side. Should the water also drips to the driver side? Or did I install something improperly?
