Which replacement battery?

    What’s the current thinking on which battery to buy to replace the 12 V battery?

    Mine is old enough that I’m ready to replace it.

    I think it read originally people really liked the yellow Optimus if I remember correctly? What is the current thinking?

    I purchased the Yellow Top from Amazon. It was neither the highest price nor the lowest price for hybrid vehicles. Free delivery right to my door and it was a perfect fit. No troubles with it whatsoever

    I'm glad to see this questions asked again. There's 1000 posts on this already in the forum, but its time to get the latest thinking on this issue circa 2019.

    I was told by John (britprius) who ive been told is your man for all battery related questions and he said it doesnt hvae to be an agm battery. Therefore in UK a bosch s4 053 or varta b33 is £50. Same size as original
