Will Advanced cargo cover fit on a Premium?

Just curious if the retracting cargo cover that comes with the Advanced will fit a Premium without any other modifications.

I was getting a recall done on my Silverado today. The dealership also sells Toyota. While I was waiting I talked to the parts guy and he said that the Advanced tonneau cover would work on the Premium. You just have to take off the hooks that hold the front of the lightweight cover see pics 1 & 2. I am guessing if you remove the tonneau cover from the Advanced it will look like pic 3 except I think that there is probably a flat round cover over the hole. All you would have to do to change from lightweight cover to the Advanced cover or visa versa would probably be to swap the round covers for the hooks and swap cargo covers. If anyone wants to swap their Advanced cover for my lightweight cover let me know. I would be willing to add some cash to the deal. If anyone wants to remove their Advanced cover and see what it looks like underneath that would be helpful.

 

When you are looking at the piece you will notice there is a notch on the bottom and inside the notch is a little recessed latch piece. Just stick something small like a very small screwdriver or allen wrench under the latch piece and push it up while lifting up on the hook and it should come out fairly easy. You will also have to remove the posts at the other end so your cover will catch when it is fully extended. Those posts just pull out. Let us know how it turns out.
