    No they won't. The Prius gained a lot of sales since it was the best and basically the one that worked. Now there's a lot of competition but the Prius line should continue.

    sales numbers haven't changed since the article was written. we all know where we're headed.

    toyota has committed to a fifth gen, so at least 9 more years. but sales won't improve without major changes, including gas prices.
