    Shoot, I'd rather do the detailing myself at this point. Why risk the slob causing even more damage to the interior?

    image.jpeg Another update, after post a pic on the dealer social media page got very positive response. As I told them, I didn't ask for anything and all I just want is the car that I pick up should be as nice as a brand new car should be....Then finally I picked up later this afternoon and this is the result....which is quite satisfied.

    Glad you rejected it.
    To me the original advice was never really based on the damage you originally pictured...which looked to be minimal. The advice to reject it was based more on the fact that "something" unreported happened to that "new" vehicle. That doesn't or shouldn't be your problem.
    Finding MORE damage just underlines that reality.
    Good Choice.
    Hope you like your REAL new vehicle.
