Windows film expectations

    The 50% on the front is some but the 15% in back does a great job of privacy;).

    5% is limo tint so that’s not too far away:whistle:.

    The 80% is purely for heat rejection (y).

    I think you need to have the tints at 20% or darker to really darken drivers and passenger side windows for privacy. I left mine at 35% because it makes it less likely that I would be stopped by police because they can still see inside the car during the day. My rear doors and windows are 20% because Cali has no limit on how dark those windows can be. I didn't want to totally black them out, though.

    I had a member on my staff that went 20% on his fronts as well as windshield and he had to roll his windows down at night when he went to turn :eek:.

    This was a tricked out Silverado that was lifted, so he could be seen and others could react:whistle:.

    I’d stay a bit in the lighter side up front for multiple reasons (y).
