Yay! I now have a Delivery Date! (East Coast)

    Just got off the phone with my dealer and found out my car just went to G status and should be delivered Friday 06/05/09 but could be a day earlier or later as it depends on car carrier now.

    YES! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

    My dealer is in New Hampshire, so this also means that cars will start arriving in NH and Mass about that time as well. :D
    So for those people who don't have a delivery time, it's going to be soon! Just because the dealer doesn't know when, doesn't mean the cars don't have a date. They have to look up the cars in the computer and as Jabber told me the status can change very quickly.

    My dealer found out they are getting more 2010's but they don't know what colors yet. They aren't spoken for yet either.
    So cars will be available.
    Good news, good news! :D

    I called my wonderful dealer and guess what, both my salesman and the other head guy who I usually have to deal with (Don't even know his title) both went home early for the day. :rolleyes:

    Thanks! I bet they'll deliver in your area on different car carriers.
    If you have a G status you will be getting it very soon.
    Only 8-10 cars per carrier I believe so NY and NJ will probably get their own since they'll drive a few blocks drop off the cars, drive a few more blocks etc... :)

    I am getting my car in Dorchester, MA. My dealer also has said that my car would be arriving this Friday since I went to "F" status last Saturday.

    I will be sure to take plenty of pics. Once I get it if anyone needs and specific pics I can do that as well. My camera is setup to take pics to show up on my HDTV so they come out massive on the TV.
    I can shrink them down tho.

    Sorry to hear your sales people went home, it's not even 4pm.
    Once the cars start coming in they'll be putting in overtime. :D

    No, I am getting a Barcelona Red Solar IV w/ Bisque interior. I had to choose between Barcelona Red and Winter Grey if I wanted a Prius IV w/ Solar in the first week of June. My first choice would have been Sandy Beach as that is close to the color of my current 2006 Prius.
    Good luck! We should be among the first in MA to get the car!

    Well you could very well be the first in Mass, but I live in New Hampshire so a very good chance of me being the first in the "Live Free or Die" State.

    Good luck to you as well! The Barcelona Red is a good color. I saw it on a RAV4 and it looked very sharp and pics on PriusChat of it look fairly vibrant, and with the bisque interior it looks sweet!
    I don't think grey would work as well for an interior with the Red.

    Sorry about that, I meant to say we will be among the first in New England! Blue ribbon should be very good. I would have chosen that over red or grey if I had the choice and could get it this week!
    I am very curious about what the door sills will look like lit up at night. I will take pics once I get it.
