Year or 2,3,4 vers. Best choice for audio quality

    We are shopping for A used Prius 2010,11 or 12. From an audio quality perspective, are there significant improvements (better choices) in certain years, or models within each year (10-13)?

    The stock JBL system changed in 2012 to the "Green Edge", and appears unchanged in 2013. The JBL system was only available in the "Four" and "Five" for 2012/13. A big step up from the base system.

    For the 10 and 11 model years the JBL system is on the 3, 4 and 5 models not on the 2.

    We ended up buying a new 2013 Plug In (base not Advanced). Any idea which version of audio system the PIP Base has? Or how it compares to other/ previous Prius audio systems? The window sticker 'Standard Equipment' lists:
    "Display Audio w/Navigation & Entune: 6.1" Touch-Screen w/ backup Cam, AM/FM/CD w/MP3/WMA, 6 spkrs, SXM Radio w/90 day trial, HD Radio/Aux/USB & BluTooth."

    I have a 11 with a green edge JBL premium/ gps it is good but if you have had aftermarket audio save your pennies and get a car without the premium and go aftermarket
