    The Voltec has a planetary PSD like the HSD. This is Honda's dual motor system that is in the Accord and Clarity PHEV.
    Which is a surprise. The expectation was that small cars would be getting the one motor, dual clutch system that is in the Jazz hybrid, and is like Hyundai's system in the Ioniq.

    Good point! A friend had wanted a hybrid ever since I bought my Gen 2. When it was time to shop a couple years ago, he tried to find an Accord hybrid, but none were to be had. He's been extremely happy with his Prius v.

    It was announced recently that the Ford Motor Company is going all out to have 30% of their fleet of vehicles being electric by 2022 or somewhere around that time. Reasons sighted is how well Tesla has done. Electric and sexy is the new black.
