    ...or you turn the heater way down except when you know the engine is going to be running anyway...

    ...when someone speeds past you by going into the oncoming traffic lane, while driving uphill, in a school zone and all you can think about is how that guy isn't driving with fuel efficiency in mind and you don't even consider how dangerous he was driving.
