    Never heard oh 'em. A quick read reveals no - this isn't a Tesla wanabe - it's more of a Bolt knockoff than anything else. Chinese car knockoffs are a dime a dozen. They're basically a "get what you pay for" low quality/low safety type of car, only here, it's an ev. btw, that $12k US equivalent price is only after Chinese subsidies -

    A Ta Ta Nano is under $2000 in India. It won't be that cheap after meeting US regulations.
