Wiki vs Stickie vs Post

Curious:

Is there is curator of this Wiki or just the moderators?
Will there be standards such as making sure images referenced are those saved on the site versus personal web pages?
If we replicate a Sticky post-thread in the Wiki, does (or should) the sticky go away? No. Unless there is a mechanism to redirect all the broken links (to the sticky) in all the posts to the new item in the Wiki. (comment by 2009Prius)
The original Wiki has 'off list' discussion areas so we can negotiate content. I'm not seeing that, yet. Did I miss something?
