Just took it to a "hybrid specialist" shop to replace the hybrid battery which went on the fritz. Replaced with a "reconditioned" replacement w/ 3 year warranty.

I see more of the number plate than before and it appears to be off the usual alignment.

I had a look at the externals, I can't see any damage.

Is this a common issue?

I had a look on YouTube, I couldn't see any tutorials on how to access the camera internally.

Could it be a faulty camera?

I will keep looking before I bust open the rear and inevitably break the clips.
