I’m Haris from the UK. And my 2008 blue gen 2 T spirit I bought this year with full Toyota service history for £2,600. I wish it had leather seats though. So far, have lifted it 1.6” all round, and got Toyota to add a smart water protection code to the cat, as cat thefts are on the rise here. Have also replaced the centre armrest, as the cloth was missing, removed rear tints as they didn’t do anything for the car (although they were professionally installed),...
Had my prius prime for a few months now, smashing gas mileage and just a great commuter car.
Currently getting a spot repainted... I'v NEVER damaged a car before this one, had it for 3 days then scraped it on a pillar in a garage... Sigh
Picking it up again tmrrow, the 2023 Yaris that i'v had as a loaner in the meantime is a really fine car too!...
2 pieces of the cells could provide around 14.4v which is more than enough. My current UPS kept my 12v battery at 13.6v when no power outage.
I've bought a 2000 prius (gen 1) that doesn't start as a fun project (hoping that it was the HV battery). After checking each cell, the HV battery seems fine(at least 7.2V per after a charge-discharge cycle). Then, I've noticed that the car main problem is with the fuel injection system. When I try to start it, MG1 spins the engine for about 3-4 seconds then it stops. It gives a P3191 and P3101. So, checked the sparks - those are OK.
