Just finished sending an email to Linear Logic asking about the individual TPMS gauges for the 2017 gen 4s. Of course as soon as I sent it, I did a search for the ScanGauge firmware vers. 4.45 that mine had been recently been updated to. The search brought me to what appears to be a new set of X-Gauges now posted in the ScanGauge Support section on their website for gen 4 tire pressures and temperatures. It does require vers. 4.45 or greater according to the notes. I'll program some in this afternoon prior to a town trip to pick up a few things and report back. I had just finished adding provision for my second ScanGauge to my existing mount and I'll see if the codes are working (which I could just display on my second Gauge), and first time to see if there's any conflict when using two Scangauges at the same time on my 2017 Prius 2. I'll post later to let folks know how it went.

I tested it today and voila:
    Fahrenheit temperatures - 62F, 62F, 66F, 68F

PSI - pounds per square inch. 42.2 psi, 42.2 psi, 43.1 psi, 44.3 psi

I just got back from a 6 month, warranty inspection at a Toyota service center that including wheel alignment ... and they didn't let the air out!

I will let the sun heat some of the tires to figure out the which one is on which tire.

Looks like tire number one temperature and tire number one pressure.

Discussed in the main thread here.

The admins had me do all these sub forum announcement threads since there's no single announcement location. Sorry.

Here's the follow up on the TPMS codes. I tried both versions of the pressure and x-gauges, but neither worked on my 2017 Prius 2. Contacted Linear-Logic and they gave me codes to try (both were as posted on the support page), but no joy. They offered to send me a replacement immediately, then to send mine back to them. I told them I had "customized the cases with mounting magnets" so they offered to send me two new boards for my existing ScanGauges with vers. 4.50 updated from my recently updated vers. 4.45. Thats great customer support by any standard! They did say that vers. 4.45 of the firmware would support some gen 4 Toyotas, just didn't work my Prius 2.

Just as an FYI, my sets of "mounting magnets" happened to come from Oral-B toothbrushes (they use them to couple the oscillating field from the handle to the brush head). They're Neodymium, Iron, Boron magnets so they're pretty strong.

Received the boards today with the firmware at 4.50. Programed in the X-Gauge codes for all 4 TPMS tire pressures and works great. Can't beat that kind of customer support:)

Be sure and test 'sleep' mode. The TPS metrics are great but the 'sleep' function was on 24x7 using "COM". I switched to "VOLT" but it became intermittent on the road.

Did check that using the COM setting after checking the TPMS readings. Both Gauges went off after a minute or two, but I usually check fairly often to make sure they are going to sleep when I power down.

Just ordered ScanguageII from Advance Auto. Does it still require sending the unit back to Linear Logic, LLC to have TPMS functionality programmed? Or can I do it myself? Does it cost extra?

It might be an X-Gauge now?

I'm kinda once-bitten-twice-shy with ScanGauge: had one hooked up steady for 3 years or so, and started getting Check Hybrid System warnings, coupled with various brake and traction control lights. Bottom line: I think the OBD is designed for intermittent/diagnostic use, and leaving a connector constantly on might be overtaxing it. YMMV though: our son had one hooked up constantly on an 06 civic, never any issues.

Run through the menus to get the software version. Then open a case with Linear Logic.

I've been using 2 SG-IIs for the past 4 years without any problems. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and their Customer Support was second to one!

Hmmmm, I've read here and other forums that gadget is very useful for hypermiling, but was not so interested in spending $170 on a tool, until now. I still have no idea what I can do with ScanGuage, but in different thread @Mark57 mentioned that it can show real time TPMS information. He advised me to purchase it directly from the company and ask to have it programed, but I bought it from Advance Auto. I am not sure if TPMS functionality is now built in the current production model.

I got my 2nd SG-II off eBay, it needed to be upgraded, and Customer Support sent me a new board which cost me $0 and which I was able to replace (electronics tech in previous life), so thanks LL!!!!

Scangauge is kinda like Costco: you think you can't live without it, but you can, lol.

Full disclosure: I hook up the ScanGuage VERY occasionally, just to check stuff. And I've still got a #$*! Costco membership. For now...

Never been to Costco. Only Sam's Club and BJs. With all the sensors in modern cars, I am sure it will be information overload. Most likely I will have no idea what to do with all those data, but maybe useful tool to have someday. I will be data stockpiling for that day.

BTW, we currently have no membership in any of warehouse clubs.;)
