2013 Display White Issue Causation?

    Anyone know what the causation in the circuit regarding, why with higher humidity the screen reliably does as shown in the image? Reverts to as spec once dried out from operation like after a few minutes in all situations I've experienced on startup with the display as-found. IMG2047.jpg
