I'm wondering the same thing , I've read reviews saying that it comes with incorrect gasket sizes, or even missing gaskets

If I'm ever in that boat, I'll be getting the Toyota kit, wouldn't entertain getting anything else. As far as I know there's been a head gasket revision too. Part number for the kit is in the attached. It also has part numbers, for revised pistons/rings and head bolts:

What are the extra seals needed that are not included in the Fel-Pro kit?
I have a leaking timing chain tensioner. Is that replacement gasket already in the Fel-Pro kit?

I keep looking these up, then losing the info. Tried again this morning: there’s apparently head gasket replacement kit, and an engine overhaul kit. I gather the latter is the former but with extra gaskets. It’s more costly, but not by much, and has everything. Maybe.

anyway, just tapping away on my phone this morning, took some notes:

Well I imagine the overhaul engine kits going to have the oil pan gasket and the head gasket so you can pop the Pistons out re ring etc . But theyres always a few funny small gaskets and or o rings left ? On every lot I've put hard regardless of brand of engine or make of gasket set even the cheap crap like evergreen same

    The 2 gasket kits:
Engine Valve Grind Gasket Kit: 04112-37254
    (Head end only)
    Engine Overhaul Gasket Kit: 04111-37316
    (More complete)

Quote from @Elektroingenieur if I'm not mistaken:

As illustrated in catalog Figure 11-03, Engine Overhaul Gasket Kit, the 04111 Gasket Kit, Engine Overhaul includes everything in the 04112 Gasket Kit, Engine Valve Grind, plus these items:

    16271 Gasket, Water Pump
15609H Ring, O (For Oil Filter Bracket) (Quantity 2)
16326 Gasket, Water Inlet Housing, No. 2
11302A Seal, Oil (For Timing Chain or Belt Cover)
    11401L Seal, Engine Rear Oil
12101B Gasket (For Oil Pan Drain Plug)

(those last numbers obviously no part numbers, they're ref no's within catalog, but descriptions helpful)
