Yes, it was definitely tight. At first, I thought I might of bought the wrong bulb but they did matched up to the stocks. I was able to snap the stocks back into place without any effort, not so much for the aftermarket bulbs.

The description on the LED H11 bulbs state 400 lumens output. A typical halogen H11 is 1200 - 1350 lumens.

That's correct. They do not produce any useful light compared to the halogens. The stock halogens color temp did not match my LED headlights which bugged me. These are purely cosmetic but they are very bright when you're looking at them.

Looks like H16 is correct. Check out this thread:

H16 has the same form factor as H11, but 19Watts as opposed to 55Watts. Looks like the 2012 de-powered the fogs.

    The OP doesn't have a c.

Yes but I think the bulb change is across the board for 2012, except for the v (Alpha).
My Liftback Five's owner's manual states H16 19W. Initially I thought it was a typo until I found the linked post above for the c, so I could verify that a H16 19W bulb really does exist.
I will venture to say that the reference on Sylvania is indeed correct, for MY2012.

Perhaps the OP can post a picture of the foglight bulbs, then we'll know for sure. ;)

Here are some pics of the LED fog lights. Still need to replace My relay on My harness so they don't have any power yet
