You could confirm it by removing the lower front console panel to the left of your picture. Once off, you should see the base of the evaporator coil cover and the drain tube coming out of it. I've included a graphic of how to remove it. Good find, OP as many here wondered how to de-mold the evap coil. From your picture, it looks like you can take the hose apart to spray the cleaner in coils from inside the car rather than underneath it. Front console plate removal.JPG

Why are you going to so much trouble? The condensate drip tube is under the car right there. The dealer sells a 2 part pressurized can of cleaner and perfume that comes with special hose attachment. You hook the cleaner can to the hose underneath and it injects cleaning foam into the e-box under the dash. Foam turns to liquid and drips back out. Kit costs $25 at Toyota parts counter or dealer charges $100. No need to tear the car apart. All that does is induce rattles.

The drain can be accessed by pulling back the upper left edge of the carpet in the passenger's foot well. either end of the white plastic elbow can have it's rubber connector pulled off to gain access - no need to go under the car. I just did the evap cleaning last weekend using Kool-It, but now that we've discovered how to get into the evap coil chamber from the heater tube, any coil cleaner would work. See my post here: Strange Smell from vents | Page 3 | PriusChat
Also, see The Critic's photos on how to gain access to the coils from the passenger's heat vent tube removal. To avoid breaking the tube, use a small thin-bladed screwdriver and slightly pry forward the edge hidden by the metal support member, then roll the tube assembly towards the firewall. It will come off and reveal the coils: Strange Smell from vents | Page 2 | PriusChat
