Another Prius Recall?

    I just saw on One America News network that Toyota is recalling 625,000 Prius's due to a software glitch that can cause the car to go into fail-safe mode and stop working. This was on their news at 5:05PM today PDT.

    Details were very sketchy to say the least. I went to the Toyota owners web site and checked my 2012 Prius but no notice of a recall. I also checked the NHTSA website and nothing there either.

    Anyone else see or hear of this?

    Thank you for the clarification...The news show did not specify Prius V...they just said Prius. What a relief...

    Sorry folks for submitting a false alarm.......
