Chirping Noise from Climate Control

Hello all, been a while. Strange noise started happening yesterday with the climate control. I've had the A/C running because its still very warm here in NJ, and I noticed a chirping sound. Or like a mouse that's making noises.

As soon as I shut the climate control its goes away. Not overly loud but definitely very noticeable.

To be clear, the climate control is working fine otherwise, no issues whatsoever. But I'm on guard now because I replaced both the blower & blower motor last winter. So I'm asking to see if anyone has experienced this phenomenon before.
