Driver seat issues - can't move fowards / backwards - motor seems fine

    Good Day

    I have a 2018 Prius Prime Upgrade and all of a sudden the drive seat is stuck. When I try to move it forwards / backwards, it just pulls and pushes on the left rail. I checked the right side rail and I can't feel anything stuck or jammed. I can raise the seat up, I can lower it down, but I can't move it forwards or back.

    Has anything ran into this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    First thing I’d check is the connections. After that if you have the tools I’d pull the seat and see if anything is broken or loose in the mechanism.

    Thanks for the suggestion, the heat has started failing also, and the car is due for a service, so I'm going to take it in and have Toyota deal with it.
