How to remove the 2007 Toyota prius catalytic converter?

    2007 prius,I didn't pull the orange HV safety plug, I didn't install the battery while I was replacing the brake pads and discs. i took out the battery head and replaced it, all the faults are gone, seems to be ok now. I don't know if he will give it back. and po 420 gives a catalytic error. o2 sensor is a misleading tactic and error po420 is no longer responding. The car struggles uphill from 110 to 120. Is it okay if I empty the catalytic filter? Will it harm Arba when the catalytic filter is cancelled?

    i doubt it is something we can analyze over the internet without codes, i would check your new brake work to see if anything is dragging
