Hi. My 2012 Prius C 1 at 63000 miles showed the "Hybrid system. Bla bla" ITake it to the dealer and they say the two batteries where bad. They changed and pay for the 12v battery. At next day the same message. Take it again to dealer they have it for 10 days. Get the car and 2 weeks later again. Take it to dealer again and 10 days later they change the already new 12v battery because was bad. Today again but I see that traction battery was at 1 bar and never see that in the car and remember that last night it was almost full. I leave it charge for a while and with Torque app and a bluetooth scanner cleared the faults and the car run normal now. Something is discharging the traction battery and its a month old. Any ideas?Obviously dealer have none

I'm not sure about the traction battery drain.
I would want hard evidence to quantify it.
Write record SOC at time of shut down as well as voltage for each hv battery block. This could be done using just a screenshot.

Then do the same thing at start up.

Although I am not very familiar with the C model, a battery is a battery. Just for clarification, the dealer installed a new 12v battery and a new HV Battery?

The last past of your post mentions you reset the faults and the car drives normal again. Do you happen to remember what those codes were?

It would certainly be worth looking into the 12v system to see if it's being drained while the car is off. If that is occurring, start with that path.

If 12v checks out good, what things could be occurring with the HV battery? It really is being drained, it has a weak module issue, a ground isolation issue, or merely an "sensor indication" issue.
The odds of a 2012 60k mile HV battery failing are slim. Not impossible, but slim. If the dealer installed a new HV battery, I would assume a C battery is installed the same way as any other HV battery. The new module pack uses the electronics package originally attached to the old battery pack. If the new HV battery is exhibiting identical symptoms as the original, I would have significant doubt that the module pack was faulty and would focus more on the electronics portion and where the HV battery status transfers to the car network.

The way I interpreted the OP, the dealer said both batteries were bad but only replaced the 12 Volt battery (twice!).

Yes the first time new 12v and traction battery. The second time nothing cganged. 3r time again changed the 12v. Right now dont remember right now the code but the web lookout says is a defectice tractiin battery. But is almos new. Maybe something is breaking it.

Some dealers sell "remanufactured" traction batteries. They can have a tendency to fail.

I remember some people listing a Toyota part number dealers used for a battery that had been remanufactured by a third party. Basically they "repair" it with used parts & test.
Perhaps @Raytheeagle remembers what I am referring to . I do not remember which generation Prius had this, though.

What the part number will have is a -84 at the end of it.

I believe this was only available in So Cal.

Yes I not trust these guys. Anyway makes sense what @TMR-JWAP SAYS. Something like the electtonics that control the battery. Since this morning the car is parked and today didnt discharge anything so maybe is something intermitent. But Now Im gonna pay close attention to the level when I stop the car and at next startup.

    Thanks.
Since the OP did not even reveal their country, they may well be in California. I do not know.
