Actually all tires serviced. The (2) in my OP meant the second thing the dealer serviced. No issues with floor mats.

You must have had a 20K maintenance. Since the Toyota Care is for 2 years or 25,000 miles, I got 5th service at 25K maintenance for free before my 2 years expired.

10k maintenance. Bought my used 2017 Prime w/5k on it in Jan 2019. Fortunate to find a low mileage Prime.

Just know that the front Jack point is unreachable by a Jack .

It’ll require side jacking, so invest in something to not pinch the panels and use your normal Jack;).

    Like this magnetic jack pad:

    Byenins Large Slotted Universal...

I have it and it works well(y).

You can still use the OEM jack to lift the front, yes?

    You mean a scissor jack?

    Or a floor jack?

I was referring to a floor jack;).

    It is buried under there:cool:.

Yes, meant scissor jack. I use the scissor jack(s) when rotating the tires.

Do we have a scissor jack?

With the goo kit, I’m pretty sure we don’t even have a scissor jack.

    Haven’t looked there yet:cool:.

I just knew it wasn’t in the back;).

How logical they’d place it under the seat(y).

The place where it supposed to go. There is something else very important for PHEV.
I understand in the Japanese Prius PHV, the under the rear seat is occupied by an inverter for 100V AC outlet. I wonder if it has a scissor jack?

I think that occupies the space on the passenger side. The jack is on the driver's side.
