Looking for cellphone holders to install (no suction cups)

I haven't taken a pic but can later.. But its specifically this one Left Mount | ProClip USA (hopefully the link works lol)

It does fit the Prius. I have a ProClip left mount in my 2010. I have a ScanGuageII mounted on it.

If I were using my phone as a navigation aid, I would not want to have to look at it down there: I would want it much higher. And if I need my phone only to make and receive calls, I can do that using the car controls with a Bluetooth connection to the phone in my pocket.

 

Whatever you feel comfortable with. I also have the pillar mount but I find it easier to have the mount on my right side since I’m right handed... easier to navigate my phone...

With a ProClip phone attachment, in my case, an iPhone....

it’s a two accsesory system.. the dashboard mount and the actual phone mount, depending on what you have.

 

It screws into the side of the plastic.
That's one reason I do not like it, though many do.
The second reason, you have to look DOWN away from the road to so it.
It's begging for an accident...

The one I have does not. It snaps in place into the side cup holder.

Only screws involved are the screws that come with the phone mount that screws into the dashboard mount.

the actual dashboard mount itself does not screw into anything into the car..

I’ve had this mount for more than 5 years with no issues.

if you look at a phone long enough, regardless of it’s location, then yes it’s begging for an accident...
