Meaning of "FULL" read-out on EV-PEAK CQ3 charger

I am in the process of discharging & charging my hybrid cells to determine which ones are bad. I have received the following message:
FULL 0.0A. 9.03V
CHG. 038:05. 01759
(The FULL is blinking)

When I receive an "END" or a "CAPA" message, I push the "mode/Esc" and I see the results just fine.
When I pushed the same button with the "FULL" message, it exits the scan without showing me the numbers.

I've searched for what this means, but I'm having trouble finding it.

Any advice?
