Does anyone have apart number for this.
I accidentally failed to unplug this part while removing the hybrid battery.
    It's a 2008 Prius IMG_20200531_143656.jpg

Probably a sub-component of a wiring harness part number? @Elektroingenieur is good with deep-dive stuff like this, might have ideas.

    Or salvage yard?

I’m assuming this is the No. 1 system main relay connector (S22), for which the Electrical Wiring Diagram (more info) says the housing has Toyota part number 90980-10795.

If the connector has been ripped out of the harness, you could:
    • Repair it according to the Electrical Wiring Diagram or Wire Harness Repair Manual (PDF) instructions. You’ll need the housing; three repair wires, Toyota part number 82998-24380 (160 mm pigtail) or 82998-74050 (500 mm pigtail); and the correct parallel splices for the size of the existing wires.
    • Replace the entire Floor Wire harness. The part number depends on the destination market and grade; see catalog Figure 82-02, Wiring & Clamp, part name code 82161.
